The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town but still peaceful and quiet. It was also great to have a lockable shed in the garden to store our bicycles, giving us peace of mind. The owner was very considerate and provided many helpful touches, like a little welcome basket and plenty of advice about the property and nearby facilities.
While not a major issue, the refrigerator was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off when we were in the cottage. , the parking was a five-minute walk away from the property, which might be inconvenient for some guests.

I had an amazing stay at a charming cottage in the heart of town. The cottage was well-equipped with everything I needed, including essentials like tea, coffee, and even some wine and chocolates. It was cozy and comfortable, and I felt right at home. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes' walk from the town center. Despite being close to everything, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The village green and church were lovely to wake up to every morning. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby countryside on walks. The Queen pub, located nearby, served delicious food, making it a great option for a meal. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place to others.
The parking situation could have been better communicated beforehand. Although I was able to unload my bags upon arrival, I found out later that parking in front of the property was not allowed.
